Overview
I practice exclusively in urgent care. I see patients of all ages, from infants a few days old to people in their nineties. I marvel at the variety of conditions I see. Most patients have relatively mild conditions, but there are occasionally people with more serious conditions. In these situations, quick thinking, good teamwork and proper intervention can make a big difference. It is very gratifying to know we did a good job caring for a seriously ill patient. Experience is a wonderful thing. It has given me the ability to interact with a variety of people, to be a better clinician and to be more confident in making proper diagnoses and recommending treatment.
