Dr. Kitsko’s clinical interests include children with hearing loss, cochlear implantation, bone anchored hearing devices, chronic ear disease, cholesteatoma, tympanic membrane perforation, and head and neck masses/lesions. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of several professional societies, including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology. He is also a current member and past president of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and was previously medical staff treasurer for UPMC Children’s.
