Philosophy of care | The emergency room can be among the most frightening experiences for children and their families. However, if your son or daughter needs emergency care, our ER team will help make the experience fun, playful and a positive memory. I also like to discuss with parents and children ways to avoid injuries and manage common illnesses. | Why I entered medicine | I got into the medical field to pursue a lifelong career of learning and understanding the art of medicine, and to become an educator and leader teaching and motivating others to pursue their passion, even if it is not in medicine. | Community involvement | Eventually, I would like to establish or become part of humanitarian efforts to provide health care to communities in need in the United States as well as around the world. | Personal interests | When not at work I enjoy outdoor adventures and traveling with my family of four, winter sports, woodworking, photography and physical fitness.
