Overview
Dr. Enrique Quintero earned his medical degree from the University of Monterrey and finished his residency at the Austin Pediatric Education program of The Children’s Hospital of Austin. He completed fellowships in adult and pediatric allergy and immunology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and in pediatric pulmonary medicine at Baylor College of Medicine-Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. Board certified in allergy and immunology, Dr. Quintero is also a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. His advanced training in pulmonary medicine gives him an exceptional understanding of the clinical aspects of asthma treatment. As a clinical professor of allergy and immunology at Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston, Dr. Quintero has trained residents in allergy, asthma and immunology. He is married and has two sons.
