I enjoy working with our team of doctors, nurses and support staff in the emergency department. We are all uniquely qualified to assess and treat patients during a critical time in their lives.Working quickly to take care of patients efficiently, safely and comfortably as possible is an important part of my job. I enjoy working in a fastpaced environment. I am trained to manage a variety of patients from all walks of life with various illnesses and conditions.My engineering background helps me bring a structured approach to working through how we can best diagnose, treat and continue on to next steps as a healthcare team.

He then attended one of the most procedure heavy Sports Medicine Programs in the Country at Texas A & M. While at A & M he was a team doctor for all the Aggie Teams. In addition to the staples like football, basketball, and baseball, he covered multiple SEC championships as well as the collegiate track and field national championships. He was also a rodeo doctor during his time in Texas. He then worked as faculty at Brandon Regional Medical Center in Florida working with ER residents teaching principles of sports medicine.Dr. Bakhtiar moved back to Wisconsin in 2020. He works with the locals high schools and enjoys providing care for the Manitowoc community. Dr. Bakhtiar is the medical director of the Holy Family Memorial Hospital Emergency Department.
