I care for children of all ages with a wide range of problems affecting the liver. My special areas of interest include autoimmune liver disease, biliary atresia, progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis, and health disparities. I have always been intrigued by the liver and enjoy caring for all children with any type of liver disease. I also have the privilege of caring for children before and after organ transplants. During this challenging journey, I partner with families to achieve the best possible outcome for each child. Children with chronic liver disease and their families often face significant stressors. I aim to provide the information and guidance needed while they navigate their child’s illness and medical management. Caring for children with liver disease allows me to form special bonds with families, and I am honored to be a part of your child’s health care team.
