A Colorado native, Dr. Carr earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her medical degree from the University of Colorado, Denver. Dr. Carr completed her family medicine residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Grand Junction.
