Dr. Greg Fasani
Overview
Dr. Gregory Fasani-Feldberg is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and motion-preserving techniques. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at the Texas Back Institute, a national leader in disc arthroplasty, where he gained advanced experience in total disc replacements, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery. Dr. Fasani-Feldberg treats a wide range of spinal conditions, including traumatic injuries, disc herniations, chronic degenerative diseases, and complex spinal deformities. Originally from Massachusetts, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, then attended New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY for medical school. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Westchester Medical Center, a high-volume Level I Trauma Center. During fellowship, he participated in a surgical mission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, performing complex reconstructive procedures for severe spinal deformities. He regularly speaks at national conferences and is active in spine research, with several peer-reviewed publications. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
