Overview
Hannah Fanelli, MD, is a board-certified sports medicine physician. She specializes in non-operative management of orthopaedic injuries in pediatric and adult patients, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle injuries. Dr. Fanelli has specialized training in the use of ultrasound imaging for diagnostic and interventional purposes, including minimally invasive procedures and platelet-rich plasma injections. In her practice, she takes a holistic approach to patient care with a focus on the role of exercise in a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as injury prevention and management.|Dr. Fanelli attended medical school at Penn State College of Medicine. After her residency at Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, Pa., she completed her fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Penn State University working with Penn State Athletics.|In her free time, Dr. Fanelli enjoys spending time with her family and getting outside when possible. She and her husband enjoy hiking, skiing and watching Penn State sporting events.
