I believe successful patient care occurs when the patient understands their medical issues and the potential treatments, so they can participate in the process to decide what will work best for their life. I strive to make sure my patients feel welcome and comfortable asking questions about their health. My clinical interests include addiction medicine and family medicine.|Why I Love My Work|The patients and professionals I get to work with make every day a great day.|I chose CentraCare because they shared the same vision for addiction patients as I do. I believe patients with addiction deserve the same access to care and services that any other patient with a chronic illness would have.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I enjoy running, biking, harvesting lumber, and woodworking. I also am a self-taught furniture maker with the help of YouTube.|I also do grant work for the State of Minnesota to teach rural doctors how to care for common addiction problems. His clinical expertise encompasses Opioid Use Disorder and Schizoaffective Disorder. Dr. Devine is board certified in American Board Of Family Medicine - Family Medicine and American Board Of Preventive Medicine - Addiction Medicine.

My philosophy of care is that I desire to take care of my patients the way I'd like my family to be cared for.|My clinical interests include acute illness and injury, and I still work in urgent care, but I've gradually gravitated towards treating substance use disorders.|Why I Love My Work|What I enjoy about my work is my patients, and I appreciate the opportunity to meet them in their need, particularly helping those who're struggling as I have struggled.|I was motivated to go into health care because thirty years ago, when I set out to study medicine, I had a simple desire to help others. Over the last 10 years however, in dealing with my own addiction, I've gravitated towards addiction medicine, using my own painful experiences for something good.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I am with my family, or training for and competing in CrossFit. His clinical expertise encompasses Eyelid Bump and Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP). Dr. Abrams is board certified in American Board Of Preventative Medicine - Addiction Medicine and American Board Of Family Medicine - Family Medicine.

I strongly believe everyone deserves quality health care and I strive to provide that to all my patients. I aim to treat every patient with dignity, respect and meet them where they are at. My special clinical interests are preventative health, wellness, mental health and substance use disorder treatment.|Why I Love My Work|My favorite part about my work is seeing patients reach their goals. I am accepting and kind and strive to be non-judgmental. My goal is to help my patients wherever they might be in their lives, and whatever they come with.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, boating, running and playing with my dog. I love the access to many lakes and rivers Central Minnesota has to offer. Her clinical expertise encompasses Opioid Induced Constipation.
