Overview
I was first drawn to psychiatry by a high school AP Psychology class. I found the material fascinating and knew I could spend a life learning about and providing mental health care. Since that time, I have stayed true to that path while developing loves for working with families and children impacted by autism and mental illness, preventative health care, mental health systems, and how health policy intersects with all these fields. I am truly honored to be at Duke where I have the opportunity to merge my passions. I approach each encounter and project with a focus on developing a relationship, discovering the individuality of each person and idea, and learning the unique ways that I can help and contribute.
