Dr. Qui earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He initially practiced as an anesthesiologist at Cardinal Santos Medical Center in Manila from 2002 to 2004. Upon moving to the United States, he completed his Family Medicine Residency at Brazos Family Practice/Texas A&M Bryan from 2004 to 2007, where he also served a Post Graduate Internship. Dr. Qui is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 2007 and holds a California Medical Board license. He has practiced adult primary care at Kaiser Permanente in Napa from 2007 to 2018, and Kaiser Permanente Petaluma from 2018 to 2025. Dr. Qui is proficient in English and Filipino.Dr. Qui finds the most rewarding part of being a physician to be the ability to improve a patient's life, often during times of significant difficulty. His philosophy on patient care emphasizes the importance of focusing on preventive measures and lifestyle changes to promote better health and well-being.
