
Overview
Dr. Qui earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He initially practiced as an anesthesiologist at Cardinal Santos Medical Center in Manila from 2002 to 2004. Upon moving to the United States, he completed his Family Medicine Residency at Brazos Family Practice/Texas A&M Bryan from 2004 to 2007, where he also served a Post Graduate Internship. Dr. Qui is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 2007 and holds a California Medical Board license. He has practiced adult primary care at Kaiser Permanente in Napa from 2007 to 2018, and Kaiser Permanente Petaluma from 2018 to 2025. Dr. Qui is proficient in English and Filipino.Dr. Qui finds the most rewarding part of being a physician to be the ability to improve a patient's life, often during times of significant difficulty. His philosophy on patient care emphasizes the importance of focusing on preventive measures and lifestyle changes to promote better health and well-being. Dr. David Damian was born in Augsburg, Germany, although his parents are originally from the island of Guam. Growing up in a military family, Dr. Damian lived in numerous countries. He relocated to Texas for college and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he met a fellow student, Dr. Anna Damian. They were married three years later. After residency training in Family Medicine, the Damian's lived and worked on Guam. They relocated to Bryan/College Station in 1996. Together, they have three beautiful children.
