I'm fortunate to have moved to the Triangle after growing up and starting my career in the Pacific Northwest. The patient population I encountered there was a diverse mix of outdoor recreationists, farm workers, athletes, and people who did not intend to slow down as they aged. The broad variety of orthopedic conditions and the effective treatments we offer attracted me to this field and have kept me engaged and learning. I enjoy helping patients through their entire story arc — from the diagnosis of their condition to the selection of the treatment option that works best for them, all the way through their final follow-up appointment and discharge.
