My practice is dedicated to providing specialized, compassionate care to individuals with various rheumatic conditions. I focus on creating a supportive and understanding environment where patients feel empowered to actively participate in managing their health. I work with patients who are managing chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. I aim to help patients alleviate pain, improve mobility and enhance their quality of life. One aspect of rheumatology that I particularly enjoy is the complexity and challenge of diagnosing and managing autoimmune diseases. I find it incredibly rewarding to help patients navigate these conditions, first addressing subtle symptoms and then working towards a treatment plan that provides relief and improves their daily lives. My philosophy of care is centered on a holistic, patient-focused approach. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the disease, by addressing both the physical and emotional impacts of rheumatic conditions. My approach is collaborative, involving open communication and shared decision making to ensure that the treatment plan aligns with the patient’s lifestyle and goals. I strive to be a patient listener, offering care that is both empathetic and evidence-based to improve long-term health and well-being.
