Dr. Weinberg has been a member of the University of Michigan faculty in the Department of Pediatrics since 2003. He has held a joint appointment in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology since 2006. He is a member of many national organizations such as the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, Infectious Diseases Society of America, Society for Pediatric Research, and the American Society for Virology. He is active in patient care and basic science research, and he teaches graduate students, medical students, residents in Pediatrics, and fellows in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
