I like to think of myself as a teacher and coach first, empowering patients through education so they can take personal responsibility for their health. By guiding them in making informed decisions, I aim to help them improve their quality of life and achieve long-term wellness.��
In addition to his work in chronic disease management, Dr. Sarisky has a strong passion for lifestyle medicine. He believes that the foundation of good health begins with a healthy lifestyle. By helping patients make sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity, and daily habits, Dr. Sarisky strives to prevent disease before it starts�an approach he finds both effective and empowering.�
He values long-term relationships with his patients and takes pride in partnering with them on their journey toward better health. Dr. Sarisky is a Montanan through and through�he believes in striking a healthy balance between hard work and play, and strives to bring that same mindset into how he cares for his patients.��
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sarisky�s passions are spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying music, and living a healthy, active lifestyle�all of which help him stay grounded and connected to what matters most.
