Overview
Dr. Henke earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Virginia in 1990. Dr. Henke is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Considering it a privilege to be a physician, Dr. Henke enjoys providing obstetric care, in-office gynecologic care and gynecologic surgery, finding that the combination makes each day unique. He is highly experienced in general and high-risk obstetrics, female incontinence, minimally invasive surgery and post-menopausal care. Dr. Henke has practiced with Riverside for 25 years, in addition to serving in multiple leadership roles such as chief of women’s health services since 2011. He has also served on the board of directors for Riverside Medical Group. Originally from Kansas City, Dr. Henke enjoys our area’s access to both the ocean and the mountains. His favorite hobbies include cycling, running, hiking and traveling. Dr. Henke and his wife of 36 years have three children.
