Dr. Jennifer Merriman
Overview
As a maternal fetal medicine physician, I provide preconception care, management of high risk ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis as well as care of patients with pregnancies complicated by maternal health conditions and fetal complications.Dr. Merriman completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her OB/GYN residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked at the Delaware Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine from 2008-2020. During her time there, she was actively involved in medical student and resident education at ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware. Dr. Merriman is board certified in both OB/GYN and MFM. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine. Dr. Merriman strongly believes in engaging patients and their family members in their healthcare with a team based approach to providing personalized care during pregnancy. She joined Intermountain's Maternal Fetal Medicine division in the fall of 2020.
