Hello there! I am board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Fresh Perspective Mental Health Services, a rural-focused outpatient practice dedicated to compassionate, individualized, psychiatric care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for ages 6 to100 experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood instability, PTSD, grief, and complex life stressors. Honoring and supporting every veteran, every story. I started my career in 2003. I bring clinical experience & a well-rounded Fresh Perspective to mental health. My work is guided by evidence-based practice, experience and continuing my education.I emphasize diagnosis clarity, tools for healing, & medication management. I enjoy helping patients feel informed, supported, & actively involved in their treatment journey.
Fresh Perspective is vision of care that extends beyond traditional therapy. The practice includes a group space to support others, together. We also offer yoga, a prom closet, & access to clothing for community members in need. Providing a safe space, patient centered treatment, & an inviting space where you’re truly seen and heard. Building stronger mental health one conversation at a time & breaking the stigma for a better future. Our care extends outside of the office. We are committed to making a difference in our community.
