Lauren Manning, MD is a double board-certified adult, child & adolescent psychiatrist who helps young people who feel stuck or misunderstood — and parents who feel like they’re failing — to rediscover their confidence and move forward with clarity through personalized therapy, collaborative medication management, and holistic support.

My work is grounded in the belief that we all have an innate capacity for growth and wellness. There’s so much we can do within the treatment relationship to support and even enhance the effectiveness of medication. That’s why I especially enjoy working with people who’ve had difficult or disappointing experiences with psychiatric medications in the past. When we approach things slowly, thoughtfully, and collaboratively, it creates space for a different kind of experience. My goal is to help you feel heard and in control every step of the way, so we can find what truly works for you.
