He has participated in numerous studies and delivered presentations on topics such as pediatric trauma, sepsis, submersion injury and pharmaceutical therapies. His work has appeared in publications including the Journal of Pediatric Emergency Care, Journal of Critical Care Medicine and Journal of Biological Chemistry. Dr. Spack serves on several committees for Orlando Health. In 2010, he received the Exemplary Physician Colleague Award from Orlando Health as voted by the nursing staff. He is a clinical assistant professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee.
