He also completed a Koch Research Fellowship in gene therapy and received an American Association for Cancer Research-Glaxo Wellcome Oncology Scholar Award. About Dr. Ramakrishna Dr. Ramakrishna is board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology. He served for eight years on the faculty at Harvard Medical School as an instructor in radiation oncology. He also was chief of the radiation oncology department at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center and director of the CNS Radiation Oncology Fellowship Program. Dr. Ramakrishna is a principal investigator in a study focused on central nervous system malignancies at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer. He has written numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed manuscripts and has presented his work at national and international conferences. Outside of work, Dr. Ramakrishna is an avid musician and songwriter. He also enjoys kayaking, hiking, rollerblading and biking.
