I founded Luma to offer a different kind of mental healthcare—one that helps people feel seen, heard, and supported. Here, we meet as people. I’m here to listen to your story, to walk alongside you, to laugh with you, and maybe even cry with you. Together, we’ll craft a plan that fits you. That might include medication management, therapy, alternative treatments, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches—because no two people are the same, and no two journeys should be either. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is Luma. We are not meant to walk through life alone. At Luma, we’re here to walk alongside you, providing compassionate, whole-person care every step of the way.
Our priority is to provide inclusive, affirming care for all seeking support, including LGBTQIA individuals, neurodiverse individuals, and those who have experienced trauma. With specialized training through the Perinatal Mental Health Certification, we also offer compassionate care for pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum.
