Dr. Lorraine E. McKinney, a Texas native, holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Prairie View A&M University and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, respectively. From an early age, Dr. McKinney had a fervent desire to serve in the medical field and to become a doctor.
