Overview
My purpose is to work in partnership with my patients to meet their health and well-being goals. I believe that listening carefully to truly understand a person's health journey is an essential part of a successful patient-provider relationship that results in excellent clinical outcomes. I use a holistic approach that includes looking at all aspects that may have an impact on our physical, mental, or emotional health. I enjoy coaching, motivating, and educating my patients on lifestyle and behavioral interventions to empower autonomy. I have experience working with patients from many diverse backgrounds and I make it a priority to make everyone feel welcomed. In my personal time I try to follow my own advice and enjoy spending quality time with my family, connecting with nature, getting enough rest, and doing the things that I love like traveling, learning new things, listening to music and podcasts, reading, practicing yoga, meditation, dancing, and playing with my daughter.
