Dr. Piazza is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Hospitals neurosurgery residency program. He completed fellowships in pediatric neurosurgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and in pediatric spinal deformity at Shriners Children’s Philadelphia.
