Overview
After 10 years practicing in family practice, urgent care and sexual and reproductive health, I am joining the virtual team to support the clinic-based family practice clinicians at Park Nicollet & HealthPartners. I'll be seeing patients over video visits and managing calls and messages. I enjoy the variety of acute and chronic, physical and mental health concerns that I have seen in children and adults of all ages, from different walks of life. I enjoy discussing physiology (how the body works) and preventative medicine, including what we can do, eat and modify to keep our body and mind intact so we can enjoy our lives. It is important to meet the patient where they are and build on what they have tried before or researched on their own. People come with their own unique set of beliefs and specific concerns that impact their perception of the problem, and the potential solution(s). My role is to clearly explain the options, risks and benefits of the treatment plan. Although I’m able to provide virtual care through phone and video visits, I’m not available to be listed as your main ongoing provider.
