Overview
Megan Martin was born in Stillwater, OK and moved to Murfreesboro as a toddler. She graduated from Clemson University in 2009 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Megan practiced as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care at St. Thomas West, Cath Lab/GI Lab at St. Thomas Rutherford, and the Emergency Department at Vanderbilt Shelbyville prior to and while completing her Nurse Practitioner Program. In December of 2013, Megan graduated from the University of Alabama Huntsville with a Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. She is now board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Megan has practiced in a primary care setting since her start in 2014 managing multiple disease states as well as focusing on wellness. She is passionate about diabetes management and the management of mental health conditions. She enjoys getting to know patients and collaborating with them to achieve and maintain the best possible quality of health and wholeness.
Megan resides in Murfreesboro with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, exercise, church activities and anything outdoors.
