Dr. Michael F. Marzouk

Michael Marzouk, MD, is the division chief of pediatric anesthesia for Orlando Health, and a member of Orlando Health Pediatric Anesthesia Consultants, where he provides anesthesia for patients at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. He is board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. Dr. Marzouk earned his medical degree from Cairo University School of Medicine in Egypt. He then completed an internship at the State University of New York, and an anesthesiology residency at New York Medical College at Westchester, where he served as chief resident. In addition, Dr. Marzouk completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. At Orlando Health, Dr. Marzouk also serves as co-chair of the Operational Subcommittee of Orlando Heath, and is a member of the Perioperative Governance Committee. His professional contributions include publications in difficult airway techniques, fast tracking for cardiac surgery and neuraxial techniques in children. Dr. Marzouk is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society ofAnesthesiologists, the Society of Pediatric Anesthesiologists and the Florida Society of Anesthesiology. Additionally, he is fluent in Arabic.
