Overview
Dr. Christine began private practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1996. After 20 joyous years of delivering babies, she made the decision in January 2016 to quit Obstetrics and focus on gynecology and women’s health care. Currently, she is a full-time gynecologist treating all aspects of women’s health care with special interests in laparoscopic robotic surgery, sexual dysfunction, and bioidentical hormones. Her interests in women’s wellness care extend to include mood disorders, weight loss, and Botox cosmetic treatment. Dr. Christine is certified to administer the “O-Shot”, which is an innovative new treatment to enhance sexual function and treat urinary incontinence. She is also beginning to offer new treatment options for vaginal rejuvenation.
Dr. Christine received her BS in Biology at Queens University in Charlotte, NC; her MD degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.; and completed a 1-year internship in internal medicine and a 4-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UAB.

She is married and has 4 children, the youngest of whom was adopted from Russia.
