
Overview
Dr. Miller specializes in pediatric and fetal cardiology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She works closely with Sarasota and Manatee County community practitioners and hospitals to offer the highest level of cardiac care to the children, pregnant women and adults with congenital heart disease in this area. She is the medical director of the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Pediatric Echo Lab. After completing her pediatric cardiology fellowship at UCLA, Dr. Miller became the director of fetal cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and associate professor of medicine in the UCLA Department of Pediatrics. Having relocated to Florida in 2010, Dr. Miller is now an associate professor of medicine in the Florida State University School of Medicine and an assistant professor of medicine in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She has published multiple scholarly articles on pediatric and fetal cardiology and is a mentor to medical students and fellows. She has a special interest in preventative cardiology and lifestyle medicine.
