My training as a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) helps me approach patient care a little differently. I follow a holistic method in treating my patients; rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I consider the mind, body and spirit. I emphasize healthy living and preventive care in all encounters. I believe an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of pills. My patients range from young adults to senior citizens and the illnesses I treat vary from the basic cold to chronic diseases. I often try to add a smile or incorporate some laughter into patient discussions, as I feel this is the strongest medicine.
