After fellowship, Dr. Doty spent time in Los Angeles at Southern California Orthopaedic Institute with Dr. Richard Ferkel to gain additional insight into sports related injuries. His surgical interests include arthroscopy, minimally invasive surgery, chronic deformities, and ankle replacement. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and chapters and has served as teaching faculty at several courses. He is currently serving as Principle Investigator for multiple ongoing pivotal orthopedic trials including ankle replacement and minimally invasive surgery. He has recently been hosted as an international guest lecturer in Canada, France, India, and Australia. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Doty is highly rated in 16 conditions, according to our data.
