Philosophy of care | I believe all medical care should be done with your goals foremost in mind. Care that involves reconstructive surgery should allow you to recover efficiently and with your aesthetic goals met. | Why I entered medicine | I grew up with a family doctor; my dad has a practice in the region. So I learned how fulfilling it is to spend your life caring for people in a way that impacts their lives immediately. Given that I have an artistic background as well, I found plastic surgery to be an excellent blend of treating the patient while also fulfilling my desire for artistry. | Community involvement | I am a longtime volunteer at local hospital systems. | Personal interests | When not working I spend my time with family, exercising, reading good books, watching excellent movies or playing the piano.
