Dr. Rosser Powitzky is a board-certified otolaryngology surgeon specializing in pediatric otolaryngology — head and neck surgery. His interests include obstructive breathing, airway reconstruction, sleep disordered breathing, laryngology, nasal disorders, sinus surgery, neck masses, vascular anomalies, hearing loss, cochlear implants, cholesteatoma, chronic and recurrent otitis media, and general ear, nose and throat (ENT) problems. He joined Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center in 2013, where he participates in multidisciplinary teams, including the Tracheostomy Ventilation Clinic, Cleft and Craniofacial Team, Vascular Anomalies Team and Pediatric Cochlear Implantation Team. Dr. Powitzky serves as an assistant clinical professor for Baylor College of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is also sub-certified in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology through the American Board of Otolaryngology. In his free time, Dr. Powitzky enjoys outdoor activities including soccer, pickleball and basketball, church activities and spending time with his family.
