Dr. Peoples’ goal is to be an informed guide to her patients on their mental health journey. Using her background in community service, she strives to tailor treatment to each patient’s specific background, needs, and goals. She believes that effective mental health treatment begins with a relationship based on trust, empathy, and communication. Dr. Peoples uses a holistic approach and has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. She understands the complex interaction between genetics, environment, and experiences that shape our mental world. In her practice, she aims to empower her patients by creating individualized treatment plans to help each one achieve their best quality of life.
Dr. Peoples has a deep interest in and passion for understanding the mind. She enjoys staying current with new research and using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to solve complex mental health problems. Outside of work, she likes exploring nature, reading, and finding new recipes to cook.
