Dr. Stacie Gregory

Dr. Stacie Gregory is a complex pediatric otolaryngology surgeon at SIU Medicine, providing comprehensive care for children with ear, nose and throat conditions.

Dr. Gregory delivers collaborative, multidisciplinary care, partnering with speech therapists, audiologists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists and other specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment for children with complex needs.

Her expertise includes evaluating and treating congenital and pediatric head and neck masses such as branchial cleft anomalies, thyroglossal duct cysts and vascular and lymphatic malformations. She manages pediatric airway disorders including laryngomalacia, laryngeal papilloma and subglottic stenosis, with a focus on improving breathing, feeding and quality of life.

Dr. Gregory also cares for children with hearing loss, offering expertise in cochlear implant candidacy and long-term management to support patients and families throughout their hearing journey.

Additional areas of focus include pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders such as laryngeal cleft, sleep apnea and thyroid conditions including nodules and thyroid cancer.
