She did her ophthalmology residency at the John Moran Eye Center, part of the University Of Utah School Of Medicine. Dr. Chou also has vast training and experience in plastic and aesthetics. She was trained by world renowned ocular plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Anderson and plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Mulholland on facial aesthetic procedures. Dr. Chou has multiple publications in medical journals and textbooks. Dr. Chou is a well trained and experience surgeon. She is specialized in Ophthalmology and Aesthetics of the eye and face. She covers local hospital emergency departments and InstaCare facilities. Dr. Chou is a board-certified ophthalmologist by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, as well as a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology.
