Overview
As an emergency medicine doctor, I provide support to those experiencing physical or emotional trauma, a medical or psychiatric crisis, or a chemical dependency issue. I have particular interests in geriatrics and wilderness medicine. I also have special interests in rural health care delivery systems and in finding ways to provide health care in areas with limited resources, such as telehealth. Before coming to HealthPartners, I was involved in building a telehealth network across several states to deliver specialty care to rural areas. I consider it a privilege and responsibility to care for patients who are at their most vulnerable. I work with the rest of my emergency medicine team every day to create a safe, caring, expert environment for everyone I see.
