Overview
I am originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and love working at Duke Health. Being a physical therapist is fulfilling because I have the privilege of participating in patients’ restoration and helping them return to activities they love and enjoy. I strive to truly listen and understand all my patients, and treat them with compassion and care. I also emphasize self-management strategies, patient education, and effective care in order to minimize the number of necessary physical therapy visits. I work primarily with neck and back-related pain, though I love working with individuals who have a wide variety of orthopaedic injuries. Outside of work, I enjoy all types of sports, hiking, playing board games with friends, being part of the Durham community, and spending time with my wife and family.
