I lost my father to a cardiac disease when I was a second-year medical student, and because of this, I have dedicated my studies in cardiovascular medicine from medical school. After I completed my residency in New York, I served the Iowa community for four years as a cardiac hospitalist at the University of Iowa before joining as a cardiology fellow here at MercyOne. A career goal of mine is teaching and sharing medical knowledge with the community. Driven by that passion, I developed an online mobile platform to educate medical students and residents across the world at no cost. In my free time, I love playing the piano and skiing.
