            Summary: A multicenter, parallel, open, non-inferior randomized controlled trial is conducted to compare the effectiveness and safety of trabeculectomy and peripheral iridectomy plus goniotomy (TVG) in the treatment of advanced primary angle closure glaucoma with no or mild cataracts.
