J. Harley Barrow, Jr., M.D. earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas and he completed his Post Graduate training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He received his certification from the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2001, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
