Raised in Southern California, Dr. Lewinstein attended UCLA for undergraduate studies and USC for medical school. He completed general surgery training at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center before pursuing a vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Lewinstein continues to balance open surgical procedures, endovascular management of vascular disease, and medical management of arterial and venous problems in an effort to provide his patients with the optimal treatment for their vascular illness.Dr. Lewinstein lives on Seabrook Island with his wife.
