Overview
I am a minimally invasive surgeon specializing in weight loss surgery, paraesophageal and hiatal hernia repair, antireflux procedures, and other abdominal surgeries utilizing advanced laparoscopy and robotics. My obligation to all my patients is to provide technically excellent, thoughtful and compassionate care.I have a special interest in revisional bariatric surgery, helping patients who experience weight regain or other complications from prior bariatric procedures. My extensive experience and expertise in bariatrics ranges from sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass to single-anastomosis duodenal switch to complex revisions of vertical banded gastroplasty and lap bands. While surgery has proven to be the most effective treatment for obesity, I believe in individualized care for each patient. No two of us are alike, and my primary commitment is to tailor your care based on your specific medical history, goals, and needs. Furthermore, your journey does not stop with surgery my team is committed to providing exceptional follow-up care.
