Overview
Peters T. Otlans, MD, MPH, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine injuries, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder and knee replacement surgery and fracture care. He performs arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow, addressing cartilage, ligament, and tendon injuries in a minimally invasive fashion. Dr. Otlans believes in the importance of building relationships and earning trust with his patients.
