Dr. Noroozi is from Terre Haute, Indiana. She attended Indiana University where she received a BS in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She then received a Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL. She completed her Doctorate at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. She then completed an intensive surgical residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Noroozi moved to Ocala, FL in 2004 and was able to start her own practice. She enjoys everything from wound care and diabetic patients to complex surgical cases. She has many loyal patients who have been with her since her start here in Ocala. Her affiliations include past President of North Central Florida Podiatric Medical Association, member of Medical Business Leaders Network and she is board certified in Foot and Ankle surgery by the ABPS.
Dr. Noroozi is married to an Ocala native, Scott Morningstar, who is a APRN currently working in the field of pulmonary. They have been happily married since January of 2008 and were blessed with a baby boy, Carter, in 2014 and a baby girl Chloe, in 2016.
Dr. Noroozi is settled here in Ocala, actively involved in the community, and looks forward to serving your foot care needs.
