Dr. Thomas P. Seib

Megan L. Charboneau, MD, is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine. She has special interest in injuries unique to the female athlete, diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, and non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow, pelvis, hip, knee, and ankle including chronic tendon disorders. Her goal is to involve patients in their treatment plan, provide individualized care and return them back to their desired level of activity. Dr. Charboneau is one of few physicians in the area to offer TENEX – a breakthrough technology for the treatment of chronic tendon pain.Dr. Charboneau grew up in Missouri where she completed medical school and her PM&R residency. She moved to Milwaukee, WI, to complete her sports medicine fellowship and joined the orthopedic department at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Most recently, Dr. Charboneau relocated to the Pacific Northwest to be near family and enjoys exploring the area with her husband, daughter and son. Andrew Chrisman, MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist (also known as a physiatrist) with additional board certification in electrodiagnostic medicine and sub-specialty training in interventional spine procedures for pain.Dr. Chrisman grew up in Southwest Michigan and attended Michigan State University. Growing up he was an avid sports enthusiast lettering in soccer, hockey, and tennis in high school. After college he worked at a ski resort in Colorado for two years before attending medical school in Boston, where he met his wife. He returned to Michigan for residency and fellowship and has lived in Edmonds for the past five years. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife, two young sons and their dog Lucy. Dr. Chrisman is rated as an Advanced provider by MediFind in the treatment of Tendinitis. Keith Cummings, DO, is a non-operative sports medicine physician who treats acute and overuse musculoskeletal injuries. He emphasizes optimal biomechanics and exercise-based treatments for musculoskeletal problems, minimal medication use, and ultrasound or flouroscopic guided procedures when necessary to help people stay healthy and active. He has advanced training in musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis and performing procedures, orthobiologic injections such as platelet rich plasma, fluoroscopic spine and joint procedures, and tenex procedures.Dr. Cummings received his BS in biology from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington and then his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (Northwest Campus). He completed his medical training at the University of Utah where he subspecialized in sports medicine after finishing residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R) and serving as chief resident. Because of Utah’s location, Dr. Cummings was able to regularly care for athletes participating in many unique sports such as alpine skiing, climbing, and trail running as well as traditional team sports such as football, basketball, soccer, and cross country.He has provided sideline coverage for all levels of competition including division one college football, the NBA, professional cycling, club hockey and rugby, Olympic level bobsled and skeleton sled, amateur and master’s judo, and a variety of high school sports. This enables him to partner with active patients of all skill levels to help them return to the activities they love.Dr. Cummings served as team captain of his track team in high school, participating in several state qualifying relay teams. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and running in the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest as well as watching sports and playing guitar.Dr. Cummings was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. He is happy to be back in the area closer to family and friends where he can enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
