Sam A. Buffer, Jr., MD, is a cardiologist and is certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is vice-chairman of the Cardiovascular Department at UPMC Passavant and is an assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
