Wesley Miller, D.O., RMSK is a Physiatrist who is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is an American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellow. Dr. Miller provides nonsurgical orthopedic care to patients utilizing his training in nonsurgical management of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and sports-related injuries. She is proficient in ultrasound guided joint injections, trigger point injections and fluoroscopic- guided joint injections and utilizes these skills along with medication management, therapeutic exercise and psychological support to help her patients heal and thrive. She also performs electromyography (EMG) studies to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathies. Dr. McCabe also performs Botox injections to treat conditions such as spasticity, thoracic outlet syndrome and chronic migraine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.In her spare time, Dr. McCabe enjoys spending time with her two boys, husband and dogs, exercising and traveling.Dr. McCabe welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
